The Transition Ministry is for clergy seeking new calls, clergy leaving their current congregation, and lay leaders seeking supply clergy to lead services during a clergy transition, sabbatical, or vacation will find resources here.

Part-Time Priest – Grace Episcopal Church – Lake Havasu

Grace Episcopal Church, located in Lake Havasu, Arizona, seeks a priest who would like to serve in a part-time position to faithful followers of Christ who are ready to deepen their faith and serve others in their community. It’s an amazing opportunity for someone to bring their ideas for community outreach alongside the members and craft a vision with them—a small congregation with lots of growth potential. The following may be understood as “norms” recognizing that specific circumstances may dictate some variation. Clergy are free to negotiate the fee they wish to receive for services rendered. The fee must be agreed upon at the time the services are arranged. Supply clergy are reimbursed for all related expenses: meals, lodging, and travel (mileage).

  • One weekday service with brief homily OR Celebrant only (not giving a sermon): minimum $100
  • One principal service (Sunday/Major Feast) with a sermon: minimum $150
  • Two Sunday services including sermon(s): minimum $200
