St. Andrew’s Clinic

St. Andew’s Children’s Clinic serves Mexican children who cannot receive the specialized medical care they require in their own country. On the first Thursday of every month about 250 children and their families arrive at the church and are treated by orthopedic surgeons, pediatricians, neurologists and dermatologists who are assisted by various therapists; speech, physical, occupational, nutrition, and audiology. The clinic also has over 100 volunteers who do many chores; driving, interpreting, feeding and clerical duties. Surgeries and other testing are done through the University of Arizona College of Medicine. The diocese is proud to support St. Andrew’s work.
