Accounts Payable and Payroll Assistant – Episcopal Diocese of AZ – Phoenix
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Finance and Operations, the Finance Assistant will process payroll, accounts payable, and receipts for the Episcopal Diocese of Arizona and assist the Finance Department with special projects. This position will provide insight and guidance for ongoing policy and process improvements for the Diocese. This position is critical to ensuring the utmost support for maintaining timely processing of payroll, and accounts payable and ensuring proper cash flow requirements of The Episcopal Diocese of Arizona. Beloved in the Desert Residency Cohorts – Episcopal Service Corps – Tucson
Beloved in the Desert is an intentional community for young adults, ages 21 to 31, that fosters Christian disciples through service, study, and prayer in the Tucson borderlands. As a member of the Beloved Cohort, one joins a nationwide network known as the Episcopal Service Corps. Each member participates in a Residency to assist them in their life goals while being of service to the church and the community. Each Beloved Cohort lives together in an intentional community, gathers regularly for Christian Formation and Prayer, and supports each other’s work in a variety of ways.
Beloved in the Desert hosts four residencies each year: Faith Formation; Church Music and Liturgy; Teaching and Social Services; and Housing, Construction, and Global Non-Profits, and runs from the last week of July 2024 to the middle of May 2025.
