For Donation: Toddler and Children’s Swing Sets
SCOTTSDALE – St. Barnabas on the Desert is renovating its children’s playground and has two, used, 2-seat swing sets available (free), one for toddlers and one for children up to age 12 or so. Both are in working order. The swing sets are disassembled and available for collection. When assembled, the approximate footprint for each swing set is 11 ft x 11 ft. If interested, please email David Getts, campus renovation project chair.
For Donation: A/V Equipment
TEMPE – St. James has 15 pieces of gently used A/V and networking hardware that are no longer needed. All were taken from working setups over a period of time and have been tested, but they cannot guarantee that they are perfectly operational. Visit their webpage to see equipment pictures and descriptions.
Needed: Processional Cross
SUN CITY – St. Christopher’s is in need of an easy-to-carry processional cross. Our “seasoned citizen” altar servers are struggling with the weight of the beautiful heavy brass cross we traditionally use, so we are looking for one that is lighter and less unwieldy that we could us on those occasions when our younger, stronger, crucifers are not available. If you have such a cross available and would like to sell it, please contact our church office at (623) 972-1100, or by email.
Needed: Commercial Ice Machine
GLENDALE – St. Andrew’s commercial ice maker has broken. It is used year-round to provide ice to the homeless and will now also be used while their church houses up to 50 asylum seekers overnight in their parish hall. If you have a machine to donate, or can purchase one for the church, plesae contact Fr. Martir Vasquez at 623-846-8046 or via e-mail.
Needed: Altar Fabric
